Pen Aviation is proud to announce a strategic partnership between Pen Aviation Malaysia, Pen Aviation Europe, and Ascendance Flight Technologies (France), marking a key milestone in advancing sustainable aviation.
Under this collaboration, Ascendance’s STERNA hybrid-electric propulsion system for UAVs will be integrated into Pen Aviation’s unmanned aircraft portfolio. The partnership also includes the planned distribution of Ascendance’s ATEA hybrid-electric VTOL aircraft across Malaysia and the wider Southeast Asian market.
In parallel, both parties will explore opportunities for localized manufacturing and operational deployment within Pahang Aerospace City, supporting Malaysia’s ambition to become a regional hub for aerospace and advanced air mobility.
Pen Aviation also extends its appreciation to Xavier Burgat for representing Ascendance Flight Technologies at the signing ceremony in Kuala Lumpur.
